1.中瑞合作项目国际商务(旅游及商务管理)专业概述

 

    上海工程技术大学与瑞士库尔技术与经济学院合作举办国际商务(旅游及商务管理)专业高等职业教育项目于20145月获得中华人民共和国教育部批准(批准文号:PDE31CH3A20130740N),并将于20159月开始招生。

    专业引进瑞士先进的国际商务管理及旅游管理理念,采用瑞士的学习标准,由中、瑞双方教师共同承担主要课程的教学。培养适应跨国企业尤其是涉外旅游机构国际商务活动需要,掌握旅游管理、企业管理、国际营销等领域的理论常识和操作技能,能在跨国企业尤其是涉外旅游机构从事旅游产品的设计与开发、营销管理、行政管理等相关工作,符合国际标准的复合型国际商务管理及旅游管理专业人才。

    专业学生有机会在瑞士商会成员企业在华分支机构获得实习机会。学生完成专业所有课程学习并考核合格后,将获得上海工程技术大学颁发的毕业证书和瑞士库尔技术与经济学院颁发的写实性课程证书。学生毕业后,达到了相应的要求进入库尔技术与经济学院修读本科的,本项目中修读并考核合格的30个学分将被认可。

    The joint program of International Business (Tourism and Business Management) co-held by Shanghai University of Engineering Science (SUES) and University of Applied Sciences in Technology and Economy, HTW Chur, has been approved (approval number: PDE31CH3A20130740N) by the Ministry of Education of PRC in May, 2014, and SUES will begin to enroll new students for this program from September, 2015.

This program, whose main courses’ teaching is undertaken by both Swiss and Chinese lecturers, introduces the advanced philosophy of Swiss international business management and tourism management and adopts the Swiss standard of learning. The program is committed to cultivating inter-disciplinary international business management and tourism management professionals in line with international standards. The graduates under this program are capable of fulfilling the need of international business activities of multinational enterprises, especially of foreign travel agencies, mastering the theoretical knowledge and operating skills of tourism management, enterprise management, international marketing, and other fields, and working on the design and development of tourism products, marketing management, administrative management and other related work in multinational enterprises, especially foreign travel agencies.

     Students taking this program have the opportunity to work for an internship in domestic branches of some member companies of the Swiss chamber of commerce. After completing all the courses and passing the required examinations, students will receive a College Diploma issued by Shanghai University of Engineering Science and a Course Certificate issued by University of Applied Sciences in Technology and Economy, HTW Chur. Thirty credits earned from this program, of the SUES graduates who are eligible to study abroad in the University of Applied Sciences in Technology and Economy, HTW Chur for a Bachelor’s Degree, will be recognized.

    Introduction to University of Applied Sciences in Technology and Economy, HTW Chur

Founded in 1963, University of Applied Sciences in Technology and Economy, HTW Chur, locates in capital city of Grisons. It comprises six academic faculties: Tourism, Construction & Design, Engineering, Information Science, Management and Media. Each faculty contains a bachelor’s degree program, an institute for research projects and opportunities for further education. HTW Chur stands out from the other Swiss universities of applied sciences in major of tourism management by its significant international student body and teaching staff, as well as by its distinguished English-language bachelor and master degree programs.

    The degree program in tourism management is geared toward educating and training the students in such a way as to prepare them for a professional career, equipping them with both leadership qualities and specialist skills. While the degree programs utilize study methods that dynamically connect theory and practice, accommodating the needs of both students and the market, the lecturers command extensive professional experience and are able to present their subjects with a focus on problem-solving research in accordance with Swiss and international tourism.

    瑞士库尔技术与经济应用科学大学(瑞士库尔技术与经济学院)成立于1963年,位于格劳登宾州的首府城市库尔,现设有旅游管理、建筑与设计、工程学、信息科学、企业管理和传媒六大学术类专业。各专业均提供学士学位、项目研究所及进修深造机会。瑞士库尔技术与经济应用科学大学的旅游管理专业,不仅拥有英语授课的学士学位和硕 士学位特色课程,且在校留学生数量众多,国际师资力量雄厚,在瑞士其他同类应用科学大学中脱颖而出。

    旅游管理学位课程旨在培养职业型人才,使学生具备领导素质,掌握专业技能。该学位课程的学习方法,使理论与实践可以动态联系,既满足学生需要也适应市场需求。授课教师都具有丰富的职业经验,教学时能够按照瑞士旅游业及国际旅游业的标准,注重解决问题型研究。

 

3. 培养计划

   专业除公共基础课外,所有的专业课程均自瑞士引进。课程按照方法能力、专业能力和管理能力三个维度进行划分。课程的设置遵循从通用技能到专业技能的基本原则。第一年主要学习经济管理基本原理,第二年主要学习旅游管理的专业基础技能,第三年则主要学习旅游专业从业的具体业务技能。

 

Training Program

    Except for the common obligatory fundamental courses, all the specialized courses are introduced from Switzerland. The curriculum is categorized on the basis of methodology competency, major fundamental competency and management competence. The curriculum is set against the principle of learning from general skills to professional skills. The basics of economic management is mainly acquired in the first year, the specialized fundamentals of tourism management in the second year, and the specific skills for tourism professionals in the third year
